The neutral flavor profile lends itself to lots of cooking applications and recipes. Having an arsenal of Tomato Sauce (TBG) in your freezer or pantry can allow for lots of impromptu last minute creativity.

Lima Beans…

When Lima Beans are prepped properly they are actually very good. 20 years ago most people thought they hated Brussels Sprouts because they had only had them steamed, but never roasted.
