Sourdough Sandwich Buns might be the easiest Sourdough project. There is minimal equipment required. All you need is a mixing bowl and a half sheet tray. This basic recipe, is another opportunity to use the Do-it-All Dough, so you get more practice with your fundamental dough making skills. There are elements of this project that will help sharpen your skills for pizza dough making too.
These buns are the right size to make a meal out of your sandwich. They are light and fluffy with a crust that is easy to eat. These are a great same day project.
